Bad attitude, sarcasti, no help

Callcentre with bad attitude, NO help.<br> I phoned in to the call centre of City of Tshwane Municipality to hear when the power outage will be fixed, because this is NOT loadshedding. I have a person in my house that uses an oxygen machine (which runs on electricity), and the backup oxygen bottle lasts only for 2 hours. I asked when will this be fixed, because we are near a hour now. We can't get the person to hospital (like they sarcastically suggested we should do) because then I have to pay OUT OF MY OWN POCKET for the hospital admission, as the Medical aid do NOT pay for a problem that is not directly linked to the fact that she can't breathe , because there is NO electricity!!!!!!. I asked the Lady what am I supposed to do, if the person dies, and she answered :\ HAU THAT IS BAD
