April 2025 I received a statement saying am owing 14k I immediately called the offices and spoke to Carmen who informed they are billing us on a vacant land and requested I send the occupation certificate which I did same day on the 09 April 2025… she forwarded the email including me in it to Sherry Hendricks and since then I never received any reply. I called no assistance I sent follow up emails still nothing… today the account sits at 15k and I called they said I must make follow up with Sherry Hendricks and gave me her landline number *** I called but couldn’t get through… I send another email and she respond to say objections for 2*** closed on the 02 May 2025 and no objections submitted later than that will be considered. I sent mine on 09 April 2025 but she never responded only today she respond with that… am so fustrated I don’t know what to do
