Appauling service

<p>It has been over 2 weeks since i have logged a call (REF NO ********** 421) with the below discription and to this i am still waiting for assistance.</p> <p>I am re-logging this call as i did not receive any communication whatsoever.I am a resident at Soshanguve Ext 3(7346 houses section).</p> <p>Our street lights have stopped switching on at night an and this is a safety<br />issue for all residents.<br />May we please have assistance with this issue ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>Calling the call centre the lines is always busy and you hold for a long time with no help at all.</p>
