Appauling

I am very annoyed by city of Tshwane their service is very poor! Our electricity is off since Friday after load shedding! Every time we call they tell us they have sent someone. The engineer came on Saturday and told us they cant do anything our power is put off!! How could that be if we pay every month on the same time!!!!!!The power were never put off there were a glitch with the box! Now they tell us they fixed the glitch but how if we still don't have any power!!! This is now very frustrating!!! I have two small kids and how do I explain to them they wont be having a warm bath because Tshwane don't fix a problem they just escalate it to someone else!
