Appalling service from City Of Tshwane

I have reported an electricity case since last year and it is not yet resolved. The cable was stollen last year around October which took the City over 5 days to come and fix it. but after they had replaced the cable the technician reconnected the electricity directly into the house- we have electricity for free in the house- the keypad does not work. every month i follow up this query but i am not getting assistance from the City. Now on Monday there was fire at the pole and there is no electricity in the house since Monday. I tried reporting this issue to Power FM and spoke to the Danisile who promissed to link me with the MMC. Please assist a
