account number *** a judgement against my name

<p>I have a closed account with Tshwane municipality, account number ***, and apprantely I have a judgement against my name from them for 3045.86. I have called the called center number they cant help me they say that I have to go into the office in pretoria. I live in the george the western cape. All I need is an email stating that this account is closed stating the amount owing or not owing so that i can remove the judegment.</p>
