Good day,<br> <br> I spoke Lucky Hlongwane who promised to unblock my prepaid account within 20 minutes of receiving proof of payment. Lucky Hlongwane rep**** with an email at 18h04, saying he will notify once he has unblocked the account. I called two hours later request for status update. Glenda and Mavin Ramatlapeng told me that the credit control department work up to 18h00. Mavin Ramatlape confirmed that Lucky Hlongwane never serviced me fully, and he was untruthful to me and request.<br> What a bad service from City of Tshwane.
