Absolutely Shocking - City of Tshwane Municipality

i have reported street light outages on the 19/06/2019 up to date nothing has been done about the matter. Each phone call to the municipality on *** ends in either being cut off by the operator, phone not ringing, an operator not being able to hear me or just rings for an eternity. I have been told that the matter has been escalated approximately 6 times and that it should have been seen to by the 26th/06/2019 and that it should be escalated again. to which i was asked to hold the line while the new escalation was being prepared, to which the line was disconnected. the contact people i have is as follows *** *** a******* *** *** *** *** ***

from which i have not received any reply other than "Please mark this complaint as urgent."
