ABSENCE OF SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>I have reported a leaking watermeter 3 times over a period of 5 months at Akasia, Pretoria North.</p> <p> </p> <p>As to this point in time it still hasn't been fixed and I'm sitting with a hair raising water account. Tshwane Municipality is very quick to cut people's water and electricity if not paid yet very slow to have problems taken care of.</p> <p> </p> <p>The question that comes to mind is what is the municipality doing with our money? Stuffing their own pockets? Just wondering.</p>
