7 days without assistance

i have reported power failure at tshwane call centre on Wednesday 2 december an to date my problem was never solved,have mailed their customer care witout success,reported to the mayor and the city manager but still nothing happens have called the call centre again on the 8th but i just cant be helped by anybody from tshwane office the city that is rated as one of the best to live in,i dont know what more must i do,all my frozen and fredgirated grocery is rotten and i dont have any money to buy my family food anymore,we gona starve during this festive holidays and i cant afford a private tecnician to assisst on this,please have mercy on me and help me on this one,my ref no are : 59/2,82/3 and 342/8,i have spoke to someone on number *** who promised to call me back and arrange time with the site tecnician but nothing happened
