7 Days with no water .City of Tshwane has failed us!

I experienced a water burst on the 1st of January 2021 outside my yard and called the city of Tshwane on the same day to report this issue, I made follow ups with their consultants every single day after that and the only information they gave me was that they have escalated the problem. On the 7nth of January 2021 I called them twice and still have not received help from the municipality. Water had officially run out, I have a toddler at home who needs a bottle to be made,how do I do that with no water.
