5 Days Without Water – No Assistance Despite Escalation

I have been without water in my house for five days, even though my account is fully up to date. I’ve contacted Tshwane multiple times, and despite being told the issue has been escalated and a technician assigned (***), nothing has been done. My home is the only one in the area without water, and the lack of response is extremely frustrating. This is unacceptable, and I feel helpless. Please address this issue urgently.
