4 Days already without water!!!! Ridiculous!!!

Worst service EVER!!!

A water pipe burst on Tuesday and was reported immediately, the matter has been escalated numerous times since then but still no one came out to fix the burst pipe.

They want to penalize consumers when using too much water, but does not fix a pipe that is wasting many kilo liters by the minute.

My house has started flooding since Tuesday and they don't care because they are not the one's paying for the damages.

The call center is useless as they keep escalating the matter and I cannot speak to a supervisor because they are working from home.

This is so pathetic, we pay for services but get people sitting at home doing nothing. I cannot believe that they have authority over anything when they do absolutely nothing!

I am so tired of City of Tshwane's services and no one can give me a person with authority to talk to.
