24 Hours no electricity, no assistance

We reported a power outage at 21h20 on the 19th March 2024 and were provided a reference number 1895-19. The case was assigned a technician at 07h40 on the 20th March 2025 however it is now 21:16 and no technician has come to assist. We are now going 24 hours without electricity and our perishables are beginning to spoil. o On the eve of Human rights day, our right to access a basic service (electrity) are not being taken seriously.
