I have been struggling with a query for over a year, I lodged a dispute about the Sep 2018 water bill. (FW: Account ***) I have been taken from pillar to post, I have been to the Sinoville , Tramshed , Akasia and Bothongo Plaza East offices and no one seems to understand how to assist.

I have trails of emails since last year, as well as proof showing that my emails have been read BUT no one have the decency to respond to my emails. I have made repeated calls and I have reached a boiling point.
