1 day without power and still going

My power failed after 18:00 20th June, first all Tswane numbers did not work except for the Fire emergencies. Logged a query 9:15 this morning, it is 16:03 and still nothing, one excuse after another. The technician appointed is Mr Similane, apparently he is so pack with calls (3) only and that up until now it could not be dealt with. Thank you ANC, brilliant service.. After 35 calls made in total, nothing was done.
