Zero service after breaking my water meter

City of Johannesburg disturbed my water meter whilst working on my neighbour’s meter causing a water leak inside my meter. This was reported on the 23/06/2020 and apart from a reference number nothing has happened. This leak is costing me money and a private plumber may not repair it as it is inside the COJ box!
