Your staff should have no contact with clients

Jorrisen Street Braamfontein - Client Services -staff is rude, arrogant has no consideration for clients sitting for hours waiting to be assisted abd when you do eventually get to the counter, staff member takes a personal call on her cellphone without apologising she carries on with her call. You return a form duly completed for disconnection they say it us the wrong form which was originally provided by this very office and the throw a different form at you to be completed. Where do you get these staff members on the street corners. Clearly they are illiterate had no training and is downright rude. Old people are screamed at - really.
