You will not get your refund after you sold your house and the city owes you money!

When you sell your home in Johannesburg, you have to pay 4x your normal rates and taxes to get a certificate so that you can sell. They say that you will get a refund when everything is completed. Don't be fooled, you will not get your refund. Its been about 6 months and they owe us R13 000 but you just dont get a response from the City of JHB. Its a lie and they *****ing billions like this from people that sell their homes in JHB!
