You are miss understanding the point, there is two Melrose places, One in atholl Oakland's road which is not mine, However i thought about it I am just going to forward your email to the ombudsman and there debt collector, showing that I am not the owner of the property and its not my account. Thank you for your response, I am very aware that Angor is not responsible for the COJ account, however I am trying to find out who is the owner? as I stayed in 21 Melrose place. Roodekrans, its almost 3 years since I sold the property, please note Angor was also our managing agent. And when Angor took over from Constania this is where all the mistakes were made. I am also aware that I am not the owner, if you can be so kind as to let the owner know that their COJ account is reflecting on my name and they need to correct this, I have send an email to COJ and ombudsman and their debt collects, If and when the owner wants to sell they will be able to sell, however note their account is properly about R60000,00 by now. If owner will not help to assist in this regard I will put the place on the market to be sold and then I sure the owner will be more than willing to assist because this is *****.

Could you please advise are you the Managing Agent for the above property?

If so can you please tell me who is the owner of number 21 Melrose place, At present time it looks like I am the owner according to COJ, and they have put the debt collector on me, and this also shows on my Trans Union.

Can you please respond within a day or two.

As I am going to put this onto Hellopeter and also coming up to JHB to put the property on the market.
