Wrongful Billing

To Whom It May Concern, I have visited your offices on numerous occasions and still yet my bill and query is yet to be resolved or someone calling me about it. I was billed with an amount of R 58,504.37 In the month of September 2017 this is highly suspicious as my normal monthly reading is about R 300 there has been no water leakage in my premises and the fact that your office is not attending to this gives me huge concerns. This is the reference i was given last year Ref: ********** 892 Each time I call I am told it is been escalated. And each month that goes by my this amount is been vated/taxed with the new monthly bill calculations.
