Wrong Water billing

A couple of billing cycles ago ( 2010) went wrong from - R800 to -R25000, we decided to check the \estimated"reading on our water<br> bill. To our surprise the \""prior read\"" value on the bill was higher than the current reading. We Have been paying our bills in time from 2002 when we moved into the house and When a \""final reading\"" was done for the previous owners. We went to Johannesburg water"
