Wrong Meter Reading!!!!

<p>THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS NOW... City of Johannesburg has been taking an estimated reading by charging us over 100 000 more than we should be charged. NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY HAS NO RESIDENTS!!! We are about to sell and can not do anything if this account is settled. We took pictures of the reading send them in they went out to confirm this account and phoned back to confirn but still no changes made still charging us WAY MORE ON THE WRONGS READING...sspoke to Brendon this week telling me they will be off line for the entire week...what the hell? Made 17 calls in one day and no one is willing to help me... THIS IS UP TO **** SERVICE!!!!</p>
