Wrong bill

Since 2006 I have been fighting a battle. I get charged for water even thou I use prepaid water. I have been to Randburg, Braamfontein and Midrand. I have called. I have emailed. Still nothing. I have produced proof that I buy water but still. Worst part is that I get harrassed everyday by their collection company because they handed me over for the mistake they made.
