WORST SERVICE IN THIS COUNTY!

My bond got registered in January. I have been trying to contact the City Of JHB since then to get my rates account opened. I was told that this automatically happens in 10 weeks and I am still waiting! I spend hours on the phone waiting for a call center agent to pick up and when they eventually do they just drop the line. I have sent all my documents that were requested via email on the 24.02.2015 and again on the 17.03.2015, I am getting no joy and this is not acceptable. I want to know who is going to be accountable for any overdue fees when this is the type of incompetency and service I am getting, when I am doing everything in my power to sort this out. Gravely disappointed! service is appalling.
