worst service from city of johannesburg always systems down

<p>Terrible to hear how COJ is serving the cusotmers. No proper communication when I went on last saturday of the month and all the customers are waiting outside to open the gates. waited until 9:30. No notice board.<br />Why COJ systems are always down? Whole last week they have issues with system and we as customers to suffer to get electrical connection,etc. COJ bills are hefty and it's all public money and in turn their service is rated very poor. We have to spend hours and days to get our things sorted? Don't they have process to serve the cutomers? Electricity and water are essential and they have to address immediately.Always long queue.Service poor. My opinion they got low grade IT systems and worst process. Wasting our valuable time</p>
