Worst service ever

I have been waiting on the phone to speak to a call center agent for 1 hour and still no-one is answering. There is no indication how long I will have to wait. I have got an account query but cannot get through to COJ to resolve it. I think they make you wait until you give up, then they don't have to take the call.
