Worst F*****g SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I canot understand how a ****** municipality that needs to help n country can be this PATHETIC! Its ****** Shameful!!

I requested a tax invoice on an account which is URGENT. I Started with this query on the 1st of August 2017. I have phone numerous times - which you stay on the line for 15 minutes with no answer, you phone back later and there is still no answer. when you sent an email to the ********** you hardly ever get a response. So please tell me how the hell we as people get hold of our municipality?

I need feedback and a response on my query. NOW!
