Worst experience from Johannesburg Water

Im probably having thee worst experience with Johannesburg Water. I’ve beeeeen without water and I’ve been calling 3 different numbers today 25/02/2021 but none of them are being answered. I called the emergency number on the website only to be told that they can’t assist me, I should call the numbers i got until i ger through to them. How are people supposed to get assistance when no one is answering the phones? Days without water with kids in the house. Can someone from Joburg water assist PLEASE!
