WORST EXPERIENCE

I sold my property in May 2014 and the property transferred to the new owner in July 2014. I still have not received my refund, after numerous telephone calls in 2014/2015 and 2016, I went into the Municipality on the 5 July 2017, I was advised that the refund will be affected in 6 weeks time, to date I have not received the refund nor a reply to the numerous emails I have sent to ********** . I am utterly disgusted.........
