WORST COMPANY EVER

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never dealt with a more *********** company in my life. For 2.5 years they have been avoiding to help me close my old account and transfer the money sitting in it to my new account. I have all the evidence of either them making me run in circles or completely ignoring my emails. When I called, they couldn't help me over the phone. Only when I got the Ombudsman involved did they start actually doing their work. I hope Eskom can teach these fools some customer service because they are even better.
