Worst Attitude I have encountered

I have made a payment plan with the City of Joburg to pay an outstanding bill. I have been paying every month and the bill is up to date. This month I paid the account 1 day late and the payment plan was terminated. I went to the COJ offices to try and reinstate the agreement which I would think was quite reasonable even though I was a day late the account is up to date and you would expect some sort of sympathy, not from Jones Moola. He was rude and aggressive and not even willing to listen to what I had to say. I did phone and follow up on Friday and I was told it should be delivered by latest Saturday. As this was a Father's day gift I thought I will have to accept the package will not be delivered on time when Saturday 13:00 arrived.<br> <br> On Sunday however my doorbell rang. Free entrance for our family to Shaka Marine) and where told to collect at one of their Hotels. we arrived and where handed to another consultant..she offered her product but we where not keen to sing up. she got upset and rude and proceeded to give us the prices we had won..well they only gave us the 30min boat cruise not the Free entrance to Shaka marine"
