CAN SOMEONE DO THERE JOB IN COJ

Documents submitted on the 12 Jan 2023 already and still nothing has been done and now i am receiving calls from collections people asking me to pay. This account will not be paid until this matter has been resolved. Its been 2 years trying to get this sorted and i am still being charged Business rates. Please can this matter be resolved
