When Power Outages Ignore Human Life

If you do not have electricity and face a medical emergency, contacting City Power and informing them of the situation makes no difference at all. There hasn't been a response, no follow-up, and not even a courtesy message acknowledging the emergency or explaining that assistance will not be provided.

It is deeply distressing to live in a time where there appears to be so little regard for human life and no empathy for fellow human beings during critical moments. The complete lack of communication and compassion in such situations is both alarming and heartbreaking.
