We have to become independant from the City of Johannesburg

Again We sit with a bill suddenly of over R32000. Why? We have 2 solar heating systems and despite using gas for cooking we still have a ********** bill. This would be ok if it was just a mistake and you can speak to some one to help. But no one wants to hear of your problem. Just pay the bill and then we will sort it out. By the way, no one is going to give a rats ass, and you will never sort it out. We also complained about a water leak everything was fixed we were impressed at how quickly they replaced the water meter, until we got the bill. R7000 for water!!!!! Why did they read the meter incorrectly ? You will never Know. The old meter is gone. However pay in full and we will then look at it. ............I give up!!!!
