Water. Who needs water?

This is to complain that in our suburb of Illovo, Johannesburg Water introduced a water cut yesterday, without notification. It is now a full 24 hours later and the water is still turned off. There are no water trucks. And there is absolutely no reply when one tries to phone them and ask what is happening.<br> <br> I pity mothers with youngsters. Since we could not prepare for the cut the loo is now a smelly and unhygienic place in the house. <br> <br> WHEN will they realise they are in a service industry and with a service like water they need to deliver?
