Water Problem

<p>We have a manufacturing enterprise in JHB South. The rates and water bill had been a non-issue for more then 10 years in occuying the premises until in Sept 2014 we get a ludicrous water 'Actual' reading causing a bill of R35k. No amount of contact via e-mail nor communication with officials has had any effect whatsoever! We had been paying regularly and attempting to reduce the burden of the bill, when we seem to be getting somewhere and managing to see the possibilty of having the debt expunged in the near future. Once more we get another rediculous bill of over R13.5k wherein is states we used a total of 230k litres in 1 month... Honestly Joburg Water? we do not use water in production, only for a few toilets and taps, nothng has been found wrong within the premises, Help us PLEASE!!</p>
