Water pipes bust

I have emailed them twice they gave me 2 different ref number each time I called.my ward is full of water from the street pipes. My ref numbers r *** and *** . When u try to call you wait for 20 min only for the agent to hang-up. Why go to work if you don't wanna work. The service is poor and I m not even allowed to hire any other company to assist.
