Water Metre

We have been experiencing technical problems with our water metre since last Tuesday. Joburg water was contacted and they assigned us to a lady that deals with our area Diepkloof. They came to fix the problem on Tuesday 31 October however the following day there was no water again. This is really frustrating as the lady is now not taking any of our calls nor responding to the problem.
