Water meter leaking

I stay in a cluster and my neighbours water meter is leaking, after much investigation inclusive of a plumber the problem is on the side of the City of JHB. I then phoned *** to log a request on behalf of my neighbour that is oversees for 3 months, I have no contact detail for them, honestly I don't even know them. The Call centre agent then advised me that I need the account number for my neighbour. I told her I don't have this info, I was then told that they will not be able to assist. It also takes 3 to 4 days according to her for someone to attend to the problem.<br> <br> I honestly find these excuses pathetic, do the processes not take into account that all the info required is not always available. The City of Jhb is not helpful at all, no wonder we have problems with our water in this country. Just a little tip City of Jhb, water is God given and not something you can live without, how dare you waste something that you can't manufacture. You are a disgrace and ***********. <br> <br> Your solution is clearly to wait for 3 months.
