water meter leakage

<p>Please note i reported meter leakage and the workers came and remove it and notified me that they will come back with a new one till to date nothing happened, i also made follow ups by going to one of their office in johannesburg they promised to send someone and nothing happened after that i also made numerous phone calls still no one came to resolve this matter. I'm frustrated as I'm not getting any joy with query as it seems like its not getting attention that it deserve as a client who is paying for services and I'm currently beign charged with estimation which i think it compromise me as a payer as i believe i need to charged based on the record read by the meter. kindly expedite this request i live at Naturena 3555-55 corner Kurt and Alice street my reference number is Ref: ********** 012</p>
