Water meter battery dead

Joburg water service in Randburg is very poor. I logged a call since Saturday the 07/12/2024, it’s Monday the 09/12/2024 @ 18h00 no service rendered. I stayed the whole weekend without water. Their service sucks big time. The battery meter is dead and they don’t service the water meters and can’t deliver on time.
