Water loss: Joburg water incompetence

<p>I have water gushing out of my water meter situated outside my property. Thousands of litres of precious water is being wasted. I have logged a call with the CoJ and sent numerous emails to Joburg water as well as the mayors office. The call center agent at the CoJ stated that the turnaround time for dealing with this matter is 3-4 working days despite my highlighting the criticality of this situation. I have also provided pictures showing the extent of the damage. This seems to go to deaf ears. Can somebody assist or recommend an alternate course of action as the normal process is not helping and this is the second day already.</p>
