Water leakage unattended to for weeks

Very frustrated with joburg water, have been reporting a leak in Sandton from a council pipe running into our property since the 14th April it has been leaking, wasting so much water and damaging our property. Have been calling everyday, and everyday they say they are coming and they do not show up.
