WATER & ELECTRICITY ACCOUNT

I heave been querying my bill for over a year now. I am billed per month with absurd amounts. We pay this account every month. The reason the amount is not paid which is requested Is because we do not owe this amount. I am running a house hold not a company. Our metres never get read and that's the reason for the bill being so high because of estimates. I cannot understand why we have pay first for amounts that they mess up. They are *****ing us around because there are people out there especially in the location that are not paying a cent for water & lights and yet they feel they can do us in.
