Water Dispute Not Being Attended To

<p>I have logged a Dispute regarding an "Actual Reading" that was taken on the 17th of January. I have logged the dispute 4 times already and have not even received a Reference Number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their "Actual Reading" wasn't even an actual, as we had to dig the water meter out of the ground in order to take the pictures we sent them with the correct meter reading.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reading as per Statement 2016/10/28 to 2016/12/27 (61 Days)</p> <p>Start Reading 3,269.000 KL</p> <p>End Reading 3,710.000 KL</p> <p>Actual Reading 441.000 KL</p> <p> </p> <p>Reading as per Photo’s 2016/10/28 to 2017/01/17 (82 Days)</p> <p>Start Reading 3,269.000 KL</p> <p>End Reading 3,326.124 KL</p> <p>Actual Reading 57.124 KL</p> <p> </p> <p>We have just received the next months bill and absolutely NO changes were made to the incorrect bill.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Service Delivery of City Of Johannesburg Municipality is absolutely atrocious!!!</p> <p> </p>
