Water cut off without notice

On 18th December a meter reading team came to the premises a left a note that they could not find the meter to read it . They left a compliance notice report on the gate without consulting anyone at the practice to check where the meter is situated.. On investigation they had looked in the wrong place by half a meter !<br> During December the water maintenance team repaired the damaged pavement close to rooms. <br> Today without any warning, 6 officials came to the doctors practice. Luckily one of our members of staff investigated what was happening outside the practice. They couldn't find the meter and cut off the water supply without any further investigation or consultation<br> Our account is up to date but they said that since there is no meter there now they have closed the supply to the property ,without even giving notice of the cut off. <br> The supervisor did not even want to engage in any conversation and jumped into his car to leave. When asked for his name he said to take down his licence plate number and therefore the Joburg water would be able to track him down as the person who was that shut off the water. <br> His licence plate number is BY89ZL GP.<br> This is totally unacceptable!
