Water crisis

Good day I am here by complaining on behalf of my mom. My mom is a pensioner which Joburg water gave her a relief from paying water which is renewable every 6 month and the document she has now states that she will be renewing in June 2024.

But for past days including today(02/02/24) people from Joburg water have been coming to switch off the water. As we speak the old lady have no water in her house.

This has been going on and she does not know what to do anymore about this as she has been reporting this to their offices without solution . Today she just realized when she wanted to make tea that there is no water, the person from Joburg water didn't even knock in the door to notify her.

She is frustrated as are the ones who said she must not pay for water anymore as a pensioner. 67a Collins Street, Brixton Johannesburg
