Very rude Zakhele

I called ***because I am City Power customer and I wanted to find out if my meter needs recording or not. Spoke to Zakhele who was very rude he asked me " what do you want" or something like that and before I could tell him why I called I even said "yho" cause his tone and the way he said it it was very disappointing . Its very embarrassing for the first person who answers the phone from the company and be as rude as he was, it really kills reputation of that company.......
