Very Bad Service

We have no power for over a day now and jhb city power has not attended to fault.A call was logged with city power and they ended up closing the call with out attending. City Power ticket CP*** has been updated to 'Closed_CL' https://1.fsk.pw/c15u

I have logged 2 more calls more call but still no one city power has not attended City Power call ref is CPWEB*** City Power call ref is CP***

No we have no water in area , so now am sitting with no power and no water. This really so so Sad 😞 We really lots all hope in out city of jhb.
